Just contact me and I will make a home visit as soon as I can (normally same or next day). There is no call out fee. I will attempt to complete the work required on my initial visit. My fee is £35 per hour for the first visit. No fix - no fee.

If the issue requires additional work (I.E. Data Recovery and/or a system rebuild) I may have to remove the PC and complete the works at a later time. I will return the PC once the work is complete, at no extra charge. A price will be set before I take the PC away so we all know where we stand.
