Blue Screen Of Death
The famous Blue Screen Of Death (BSOD) is the most feared sight on a PC that has been around since Mr Gates first started in business. It is normally serious and always worrying for the user. It means the computer has suddenly stopped working with an error that it is unable to recover from. This message can be caused by any number of errors. I have seen numerous occurrences of this message and can diagnose and fix the cause in a timely and efficient manner.

Faulty Hard Drive
All of the computers data (system and user) resides on the hard drive(s). It is also one of the few moving parts in a computer. When a hard drive fails, replacing it and re-installing the operating system and user data can be a very scary time. You can rest assured that I can do this for you quickly and efficiently.

Data Recovery
If you should have a fault on your hard drive it doesn’t mean you have lost your precious photos, music, course work etc.. I have a 98% success rate of data recovery. Which means I can recover your data and restore it to a new hard drive. You’ll never know it was gone.
